Weeks to send an order shouldn't be common, I would at least contact them and let them know what happened.

Yeah I have never had any major issues with them. I would try to call them back and go up the chain to the highest person you could talk to. And you would be surprised, but also say your going to tarnish there name on the web and with everyone you know. I bet they would go above and beyond to help you out then. And the thing about that is you are only telling the truth.

Re: SPort truck Direct....

I dont think its worth it to save a little more money ordering from them due to the wait times. I bought my stuff from stylintrucks.com on a sunday, shipped monday, and was installing the stuff that weekend. Not only that, stylintrucks let me swap out the shocks I ordered wrong after almost 6 months with no receipt.

Re: SPort truck Direct....

I tried contacting them via email through their website several times, and got no response. I ended up buying my drop components elsewhere.

Re: SPort truck Direct....

STD sucks...do a search here on the forum, been discussed several times. Good luck with your transaction, hopefully it works out or you get a refund.

Re: SPort truck Direct....

You have to remember also, a lot of companies (not just auto parts) aren't stocking product like they used to.

They don't make it, until you order it.

Re: SPort truck Direct....

I've always ordered from Summit Racing and no problems. If they don't have an item in stock it displays an estimated date, so no surprises. Anyways, good luck.
