Saw (and heard
 ) this bad boy at the Newport show. If possible, it looks much better in person than in the pictures. This is one of my overall favorite vehicles I've EVER seen (And I've been to a ton of shows) It's very nice w/out being Over the top. Honestly you got me started thinking about doing one of these now instead of a 67-72 (but don't tell those guys  ) I know I will be looking for both on Craigslist and researching how much I'll have into both to do it the way I want!

got any links to a build or pics of how you mounted those mooneyes gauges recessed like that? also, what size are those for the gauges? 4 5/8" large and 2" small?

The 2 bigger ones are about 4" and the smaller ones are 2". Here are some pics of what I had to do to make it work..

the gauges look good i myself might've made the dash with a left side to fit the rightside so you had the 4 holes on both sides of the big gauges

i got a job again and having fun at it too idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts |

Sir, you are the reason I dont have any money. I see trucks like yours and I spend money I dont have. I think its a shame you have the time and knowledge that I do not to work on this vehicle. NO Im joking the Blazer is awesome. I was about to start lokking for one but then I looked at my bank account

Your front seats look like they came out of a newer Tahoe like my 2003 but my front seats don't flip forward. What application did yours come from?
I would love to get a set for my 78 K20 but want them to flip forward so I can easily access behind the seats. In the back did you use the third row set that can be quickly removed or the second row set that just folds flat? |

I think you could slide the fixed back seats forward all the way and tilt the back as far forward as it will go and have enough access to behind the seat to make the more common fixed back seats work now that I think about their adjustment range. I really want the heated leather highly adjustable seats like in my Tahoe so I think I will deal with the limited access behind the seat to get them. Those seats and the smooth power of the LS engine are what make driving the Tahoe so nice. When I get last weekends work on the truck completed I will have the power increase taken care of then I will just need the creature comforts. Thanks for the help making up my mind
