I'll let you know when I'm going to actually do something.

Know anyone who has a pair of stock rear leaf springs?

True, but I have my DIY4X shackle flip, so I can run my stock springs and still have about 4" or so.

Check em first, you might need to re-center your axle in the wheelwell after the shackle flip.

Small amount = Zero rates
More = new spring packs or move the centering pin

I'm an idiot...I bought a pair of zero rates with my shackle flip.

Some days I wonder how I can breath without concentrating on it.

Thanks dude!

Beautiful Jimmy too, thanks for the pics!!

Orange, where you at in west Mi? I live in Marion, about 20 miles south of Cadillac. Planning a trip over to the dunes in a week or so. Gonna try and go midweek or so to avoid traffic, but if I could see that many first gens on a weekend, it would be worth the hassle! Don't have my K5 running, but going with my cuz in his superduty F250 with friends v-buggy in tow. I think it's time for a day or two off midweek!

Re: Michigan Sand Dunes (pics)

We are still going up on Aug 5 - Aug 9.
Just broke in the 383 yesterday...she's alive!
Hope the 15 Blazers are back...that would be awesome!
I usually see a couple every year.
This was my favorite from last year...

I live a few miles south of Grand Rapids. I have a lot of family in the McBain area which isn't to far from you. I'm going back to Silver this weekend so hopefull I can get some pics of a few Blazers.

Cool Orange, it's a small world . Still trying to set up time to get over there. Way too much work and not enough play! My cuz seems to have plenty of time off and always ready to go, so I just have to get it together and DO IT!

Re: Michigan Sand Dunes (pics)

Was up there over Aug 5-9 then. Only 2-3 other Blazers up there while I was up there. Got to take mine up with the fresh 383 in it. Still have some tuning to do, but still had a good time. Here are a few pics of my "dune buggy"

Re: Michigan Sand Dunes (pics)

So is the flag mounted on the front mandatory? Out here in Cali most everyone runs the flag off the back. Just curious
