Where does this spacer go

Hi guy took out my resr end and forgot witch side this spacer went thanks for your help I also have a pinhead drop bar on it and a no limit shock relocation kit on it they may help

Can't tell without out knowing how wide x length but if it came from your rear axle it was placed there to correct alignment of the bed . Chevy twist , It shouldn't be there if the frame is stright ?
