Re: Rocker panels

Make sure you know what needs to be replaced. When I started mine I was just going to replace the rockers, turned out I need inner rockers, some of the floor patch, cab supports and part of the front piller replaced. I did it my self but if I had taken it to a shop the final price would have been a lot higher than just replacing the rockers. The rockers were the easy part, I got Key parts and they fit great. A good shop should be able to remove and replace them in about 6 hours each. Paint is another question.

Re: Rocker panels

I think he means, you may find out you need more once you get the outer rocker off. That's usually how it works. But, I like the Tri-Plus ones I have installed. Very nice product and very nice fit. I'm sure one of the vendors on here could get you some prices on them. I think I paid around $80 for inner and outer rockers. It cost more for me because I got the inners with the portion of the floor lip, not just a flat panel.
