Pins trimmed to proper length and chamfered.
Resurfaced downward load bearing surface (door side) on belt sander.

Driver upper hinge has new hinge stops (brake pads)

$135 shipped, $60 hinge core charge, you pay shipping on your cores (med flat rate box)
Honor system on the return of your cores.

Do you paint or powder-coat them at all? I would think it would look better to do this when they are apart.

Yes that will do it and you would be buying the cores, if you can send me your cores within 45 days i will refund the core charge. I dont want the core charge hanging out there or a long time. And i like to have a set of hinges on hand.
