so.. my door still pops. and I don't know what to do short of taking an angle grinder to shave part of it off (its that annoying).

I don't seem to have any room to move the door back towards the cab any further (if you look at this pic: https://savedalone.files.wordpress.c...1/img-6896.jpg

anyone have any ideas?

Check your core support mounts . you just may be able to use one shim on the passenger side to lift the fender away from the bottom of the door if the mount is still good . it's not the door it's the fender that's dropped .

That is exactly what I had to do.

thanks! my cab mounts are shot so I'm going to start with replacing those and seeing what happens
