This one popped up on craigslist fairly local to me. (about 45 mins) Was also listed on the craigslist finds thread. Quite cheap, but I know why. There really isn't much to save. I have known of the truck for 20+ years, and it hasn't moved since 87. Yes there is a hole though the tailgate where the stove pipe was run through to blow sawdust from the shop into the bed of the truck. If I didn't have the car trailer with me I may have left it there.

Not much for options. The rocker panels looked rust free......

Yes, definitely rust-free rocker panels.
That is because there are NO rocker panels to be rusted! Yikes! What parts on it are still good?
BTW this might go well in my "Saved from the Scrap Yard" thread.

Fix that with about 5 cans of Great Stuff Multipurpose Foam Sealant, put an engine in it and drive. It will be impressive. Then you can start a "Shouldn't have been saved from the Scrap Yard but did anyway" thread.

Box sides are weak and the box is full of wood chips so I don't know the floor condition. However, YOU could make a trailer out of it. Make you a good deal...

One of my old Blazers sat up at the family's mountain top farm for years and got right rotty in that mist. I had the engine/trans/t-case/hump out and poison ivy grew up into it like a greenhouse. Through the windows all you saw was a poison ivy terrarium. I had N.O.S. parts in there I couldn't get to. In the winter the snow was always too deep to drag it out. So it sat and sat. That one I did get what little was good and scrapped it. The main poison ivy vine was a big fuzzy 3" serpent that was latched into the seat piping up along the back. I have pictures somewhere

Tim, I think I remember you posting a pic of that blazer on a thread awhile back. I will haul home almost anything, but not sure about that old blazer you had. (if its the one I'm thinking of)
