Yeah, Barrett Jackson and Mecum Auctions on tv really have driven up prices. It really hurts the average Joe. I think people are crazy who go to these auctions and end up paying a 10% sellers fee and a 10% buyers fee. Just to have bragging rights. I have a Barrett Jackson car. Well that's just plain stupid in my book. But I'll never have that problem anyway. Champagne taste and a beer budget. Lol

So, I've been looking around for another 1st gen Jimmy - mine is too rusty for me to justify putting more money into it. I haven't been finding many Jimmy's, but I have been finding a lot of nice Blazer examples, some I can even afford, although most of them are out of my price range.
