1966 Suburban Chopped Top Dually

This is my 1966 Suburban. I would like to turn it into a lifted dually, got the idea from what Dino did to the c10 but not dropped. I want it more along the lines of the 1956 Suburban I posted (not mine). Ideally I would use some white steelies with an orange center cap the same color as the truck and covering the dually tires I would use a step side replacement fender. I also would like to chop the top about 3 inches and move the exhaust to dual ports coming out of the side (similar to the cobra mustangs). If anyone could show me what this would look like I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance, Rev.
