That's a Stude.I don't know the year but it was down toward the end of production.
Also an interesting thing about the Morgan,no rust on the frame.Mostly because they used a wooden frame.

Vividly! We were living in Miami at the time. The news covereage of those events is completely differenty (sympathizing) and is almost daily in South Florida. I was pissed because they used it for target practice off the coast. I think it belongs in a museum and those guys should have gotten a pass on style alone!
