. The Depth Correction Plug thing is apparently required when you run a booster

Remember to adjust the rear calipers or the pedal will feel like poop. The actuated rear calipers with parking brake built in have to be tweaked to get the pedal feel right. Then be sure to use the parking brake occasionally to keep pedal feel.

She's boostin !

We havent started it yet (no mufflers on it) so I feel like once the booster / vacuum comes up we'll have a better feel for how the pedal responds. Even sitting without it running we have almost full pedal. I'm hoping it's not super touchy .. but we're getting there. I just wanted to see fluid on the LR !

Ed, do you have the Wilwood adj prop valve on your truck now? How far do you run the back compared to the front? 70/30% ? What's approximate bias to start?

Eww.. I don't know. It will be tight.

I'll be there but I'm not sure we can get the truck finished up. I took this coming Friday off to get the bed bolted back together.

I'm gonna try for GG! .. but I kinda doubt it.

Sorry, I misread your statement. I thought you were saying you installed it without the booster, not that it wasn't operating with vacuum.

Sorry to bring up a really old thread but did you guys leave the little black plastic peices in or out of the master?

If you're referring to the round pieces inside at the bottom of the master, I left them in on mine. The instructions for the master cylinder don't reference them at all. Since they fit so well, I figured they needed to be in there.

Just a guess, but I think they help dissipate the fluid coming into the master from the brakes, so it doesn't splash all over the lid, or out of it if the lid is off.
