Re: Parts?

Before everyone jumps your throat, "whats it worth" threads are for paying members... But I would say 100 for the pair is reasonable.

Re: Parts?

Hit the subscribe tab up above. 1yr membership $25.00 well worth it.

I don't know if I would buy a used fuel tank unless it was super clean on the inside. Now if it was free sure!

Re: Parts?

take a flashlight and look it over really really well to make sure you don't have any pin holes of rust or crap inside the tank.

Re: Parts?

If the tank is decent, put a couple handfuls of nuts and bolts in it and shake it best you can. Then blow it out with air to knock out the crud that may be in there.

Re: Parts?

Put water in the tank and see if it leaks before you buy it. If it holds water pour it out and put rubbing alcohol inside, shake it up and dump it. It will help dry the water faster, so will leaving it in the sun.

You don't have to be a paying member to ask what something is worth if you are buying it, only if you own it or are selling it..... He is fine with what he is doing.

Carry on!!!
