Thumbs up State Laws on truck lifts!

Found this site that covers some state lift laws.

Thought it might be useful.

That is some very useful info, so we know what we have to argue with when we get pulled over, Thanks.

Blazerboy72: That is exactly what I hope to go for on my truck down the road some, maybe just little 'ol 37s instead. Where did you get the lift and tires? Money of course is always a factor and I am just curious what I am getting myself into, even though I have a pretty good idea already.

WOOT WOOT!!!

Not a damn lift law in Nebraska.
Same with emissions testing.

Man, I love this state!!!

(No emissions tests means I don't get in trouble for running true duals w/ full length headers and w/o cats or smog pump on my monte!!!)

Question

Blazerboy72,

Where did you get your 38's and at what price? (if you don't mind)

GreenMystChevy,

I will be moving to North Carolina (NO LIFT LAWS or so the web site says) and I wanted to know the lift laws and found this site. I thought alot of guys could use the info. It was updated as of Feb 03.

Hope people can use it.

Blazerboy72,

Well, what are you waiting for! Get your dad's friend to send oh, about 4 38's this way for $200. I'll even pay $100 more for your trouble. LOL
8' Skyjacker for under $500. Hmm, sounds tempting. Thanks for the info.

The lift is the kit with the blocks. i would like to have the rear springs but this is my graduation present and have already got a 14 bolt , 38's, 8 lug dana 44, 4 wheels, and everything else for the lift so i figured i probably shouldn't ask for a system too. i will probably do a shackle flip later for the rear.
