What’s this part called

This really isn’t 60-66 specific I guess, but I’m either drawing a blank or may not have ever known what this part is called. On a 3 speed manual it attaches to the tube (for lack of a better word) that sticks out of the trans to change gears. It’s round and splined on one end and has a bolt to clamp it on, the other end is what the shift rod is attached to. I can picture it but for the life of me can’t figure out what to call it. Not even truck specific I guess, I’ve seen them on rototillers and other stuff to shift gears. I need to look for one and having a name would be a good start. Thanks

Shift arm, pawls are small parts inside the trans.

That was close enough that it led me to shift arms.

Re: What’s this part called

As a total aside, I had a HORRIBLE "snappity-snap-snap" sound in a TH350, only when turning a hard left. I went through absolutely everything I could think of to find it. Drivetrain, cab, motor mounts, exhaust, everything. Nothing.

Years later the trans gave up the ghost, and I found it during the rebuild - the Park Pawl spring was missing, allowing the Pawl to try to engage Park while turning left. New spring, and it's been fine ever since.
