You can still see out of them but any shorter and they will interfere with the vent windows. I have to move my driver side mirror now to close the vent. But it is not a big deal.

Thanks, I will keep that in mind, I am going to repaint my 69 next winter and want to do a lot of subtle custom things, I may cut shorten the arms and move the entire mount back as well. That would solve the wing vent issue I think. Thanks again!

Used to have West Coast Jr's (aftermarket) as installed by the original owner


Now back to the original RV Jr's (mid length). I love these, stable when driving and have a great wide angle, especially with a trailer

I have the F150s and the low level tri-mount style. I haven't decided which one is going to end up on mine yet. I like to see, so I like the larger mirrors.

I have founf them at Checkers. They have a nice catalog at NAPA that has 2 diffrent type of arm.

my dad has those and the passenger one is crap he cant see out of it and my friend was driving and his just broke off the ones that came on your truck orignally with the arm are the best

This is a stock west cost Jr mirror. It may look good (well I like them) on a truck the size of yours
