almost got `er going again!!!

friend of mine brought my new intake to me today (Weiand 8004 alum.) and i finally found my silicone (across the bed toolboxes are evil, they seem to eat tools and anythign you put in them) so i now ive got everythign back on except the dizzy cap, water pump, and carb (waiting for my new one) heres specs on the motor if anyones interested

350 bored .30, flat top pistons, 487 heads (1.94/1.5 valves), headers, Weiand 8004 alum. intake, Holley 4175 650 CFM, HEI

thats the only important stuff, anyone know anything about that intake? i cant get the weiand section of holley's website to come up. what do i torque the intake bolts down to? just as tight as i can get em with a wrench, or actually torque them? (i think my friend just tightens them as tight as he can)

for anyone who doesnt knwo why i tore into it, the valves were wore out (and i also discovered that there were no oil seals)

The intake torque specs are 30ft lbs in 5lb increments. Just finished an engine myself. 383 Bored .40 over scat crank hyper pistons, crane energizer 274 cam, 74cc Sportsman II angled plug heads, with 2.02/1.60 valves, Edelbrock RPM Airgap intake, edelbrock 750cfm electric choke carb, Bouble roller timing, 1.5 aluminum roller rockers from crane. Balanced, and blueprinted, just waiting for the garage slot to open up to drop it in.
