I was thinking of building my 71 C-20 Rat rod style sort of, Satin black but with a Flat bed with wood sides ( maybe 3 boards high) and Saddle tanks stapped to the sides, dually wheels, and raked a little 3 inch front and rear. I looked all over for lowered flat bed truck but have been unable to find any, and of course I took no pics before I started so Photoshoping it is out. Anyway what do you think?

Sounds like a different approach to building a ride that must suit you.I personally think it would look good but there are lots of differing opinions on this BB.

as long as it's a short bed i'd say it'll look good with the wood weathered alittle

I had trouble debating the long/short bedopinion, Its a longbed now but anything is possible with welder and torches
