Re: Drive shaft???

Maybe. You're much better off taking measurements off of your truck. If its a 2 piece shaft and that's what you want you will also need to know what type of carrier bearing your truck has.

What motor mounts are you using?
What position are the motor mounts?
Have the motor mounts been flipped from one side to the other?
What legth is the tailhousing on the transmission?
Are you willing to bet $100 that somebody elses truck has the same setup or the right length driveshaft without taking any measurements?

If you want it done right take measurements or even better call a drive shaft shop.

Measuring is the only way to go...To many variables from one truck to another. Once you know what you need, try a junkyard...a local one had lots to choose from where I found one the perfect length from a pontiac grand prix for my SWB 72 C-10...be careful though..don't get a bent one...check it out before buying. Also, make sure you get one with the correct u-joint sizes for your application.
