That Camaro looks GREAT! You are doing that interior some justice too. Jealous......The truck is coming along good too. BTW, your shop is giving me envy. I would love to have that much room to work with.

Thank you! You know, I thought by putting the truck on the back burner for a while and spending some time on the Camaro that I'd save a little money..............boy was I wrong! It's always the little things that add up.

Re: Mieser's 71 Short Wide Project

I am speechless Jay! I love the body style of the 70-73 camaro's and only wish I was lucky enough to have one in 50% of the condition yours is in! I seen a few other cool items hiding in the back ground of your updates.....
71 or 72 Chevelle??? The truck hiding behind the test stand???? Looks like a early chevy pickup???

Anyways I am glad to see some updates, keep them coming!

Thank you Matt! The Chevelle is a 70 SS 396 numbers matching car. It belongs to my father. The vehicle behind the test stand is my father's car also. It's a 1938 Chevy coupe.

Re: Mieser's 71 Short Wide Project

Wow, it's been ages since I last posted any progress on the truck. Like many others on this forum, time and money aren't always in abundance but I've been working on the truck quite a bit lately. I finally saved up enough funds to purchase some Billet Specialties Legacy 2Gs and BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW tires. I also finally got my AccuAir eLevel system installed. Next up is to install my booster and master cylinder and finish plumbing the brake lines. Here's a short video after the AccuAir system was installed.

Re: Mieser's 71 Short Wide Project

Here's some pictures of where I mounted everything for my AccuAir system. Please ignore the bird's nest of wires as everything will be nice and neat on the finished product.

Re: Mieser's 71 Short Wide Project

I also mounted a drop down battery box behind the passenger side rear wheel to clean up the engine bay a little.

Looks great! Nice work!
Are the control arms stock width? Do you know the width of the rear end? I'm wondering if your wheel backspacing would work on mine.
