whats up with airbagit.com..HELP!!

placed an order monday but had a bad read on my card..cleared it up tuesday havn't got a confermation tried calling keep getting all curcuits are busy recording..checked there web site and was looking at there live web cams and theres NO ONE AROUND????? WTF???

I'll be pissed if there out of busniness.....think I should pt a hold on my card #??

I had one and only one experience with them. Never again. I have never heard anything but bad about those lying, low quality cowards. Your experience may be the exception that proves the rule. Good luck.

well today is Monday and guess what......

I called and found out " they just came in today so we are shipping them out"

"will I have them by friday like we spoke about"

"you should have them by monday"

"ummm monday is a holiday "

then you should have them on tuesday

WTF you told me I would have them by thursday at the latest...I have a show on monday

you can have them 3 day shipped....but it will be extra

well $50 more and I SHOULD HAVE Them thursday... not bad since I ordered them LAST MONDAY...... well see...A deal is a deal but saving $$ is only worth so much BS

there are a couple of posts on the air ride tech forum from guys who bought stuff from airbagit/ chassistech. They are wondering why their stuff does not work/ fit proper.
Think they have a bit of nerve buying from one company then asking about troubles they are having with it on another companies forum.....

Thanx Brain....I'm posting it here so that people will see exactly whats happening..I would do the same if I wasn't having any problems.....I believe in cudo's to those who do a good job..like Jeph from CPP who is going above and beyond to correct any issues with ther parts..I have also worked with Scotts Hot Rod ( Justin&Jeph) who is another one that goes way above what they have to do...

Also the people that run and mod this board...( read as kissing up lol) its simple straight forward and for the most part pretty BS and drama free

well it looks like my bags are in Mass as of this morning..not sure if they will make it tomorrow but I have my fingers X'd...I'm going to finish yanking out the other bag in the morning and check t see if they make the truck ...........hope they are the right ones??????

If you have trouble, try and talk to Joe directly. I have talked to him a couple of times and he has been helpful. Also, if you look on Street Source forums, you can see he is going above and beyond for his customers.

sorry for the delay getting back but it was a hoiday weekend and I was gone in the truck...so yea they came UPS got here around 1 and I had it together later that afternoon...as far as the bag..well a bag is a bab only time will tell..as far as service.

they did get my parts...CHEAP
I thnk I would have gotten them.. but they did say they where on back order

still was like $200 for the 4 bags which like I said If I didn't do he 3 day the $150 for 4 bags is a deal....anyone could bag a truck with schraders for under $200

I would use them again I would just be sure to ask for an absolute ship date

Ok so now its friday one week later............

I have been fighting a slow leak on the DS rear..and I thought it was probably a leaking fitting....WELL....after a 1/2 gallon of soapy water I was spraying the top fitting of the bag which is what I would have figured to be the issue, since it never leaked before and this was the only new connection. Well the soapy water was running every where and wouldn't you know it the BAG IS LEAKING where the rubber meets the bottom mounting plate. it was Poop luck I probably would have torn down the hole system looking and never thought that????? Just so appened that the water running down the side of the bag colected there....so I wiped everything dry and tested it again..YEP..found the leak..

it's now 10 am ...I'm going to call them and see where we go from here..lucky I took the 4 bag dea so I have a spare to put on....I understand that they don't build them but lets see how there customer service is now.....what do you think...maybe they will 3 day it to me LMFAO!!!

Holy bat crap Batman!!!
just talked to them and they would send one 3 day....with a return shipping label and would even have UPS pick it up so I don't have to drive 30 min to the depot.....

thats what they said...all info is coming via Email to get it labeled up.....so I'm going to put the spare in now and box up the old one....
