Might not be dreamin anymore
Guys, been a long time lurker/dreamer for a while. Going to look at a 67 this weekend. He sent me the VIN bit I can't find the decoder spot on the site. Can someone point me in the correct path. The VIN is GS147A147339DD. I'll post pics as soon as I figure it out cuz we all know " this post is useless without pics" TIA

Re: Might not be dreamin anymore
www.outintheshop.com for model decode and VIN decode. I think you can ID the engine there, too, with suffix numbers

Re: Might not be dreamin anymore
Welcome aboard! If you open the glove box you should find a SPID stuck to the inside of the door. It will list the optional equipment the truck left the factory with. A 67 V8 truck could have come with the optional 327 instead of the 307, just like my Burban did. Photo below.
Here are a few more examples. https://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vbo...d.php?t=282003

Re: Might not be dreamin anymore
Nice clean truck. I love it.
I waited a while myself to find a good solid truck to restore. So exciting. Have fun with it.
