Updates from the new owner. He has fixed the spot on the firewall, replaced the right rocker, right front fender cup, and detailed the bottom side of the hood. Looks like he also swapped the white mirrors and bumpers for chome. Looks good to me, I look forward to seeing it at Cruisin' the Coast later this year.

That is so true! I've contemplated selling Walter half a dozen times and even gave it a try, but just couldn't bring myself to part with him. And now I have Walter and Vern (the '77 I bought from Chad {CC69Rat})... One of them will have to go, eventually...

I understand. I have had a buddy that has been around my truck for 4-5 years !! But he has been on me to sell it since C10s in the Park and Good Guys. He offered some stupid money for Lola (my powder blue 68). Everyone told me I should have sold it. I have gave it alot of thought. But after putting almost 1000 miles on it to CTC and back for the 5th year. I have several trucks , but none of them would ever be this cool. I shook his hand and told him I would call him first if I decided to sell it.

Keep her, trust me. Refer to Chris's comment above if you need reinforcement. I saw pics the other day and there were kids sitting on the roof of my old farm truck, that's what brought this up... hurts my stomach. But... it's not my truck anymore so I'll be over here...
