Latest on Brothers

I am happy to report that Brother's must be making a push on customer service, because the last few orders I have placed with them have been suprisingly quick to get here. I have been very happy with them lately, and I even talked to a guy on the phone that kind of sounded like he knew what I was talking about. I get most my stuff primarily from them mainly because they are so close, but I have been very impressed with the way they have been doing business lately, and I with the sales they have been having, I would recommend them to anyone. Just my .02.

Re: Latest on Brothers

I just got a bunch of body panels from them and everything went really well.
I am going to order a lowered spindle set, before the sale is over.

Re: Latest on Brothers

Jamie, and Dale will take care of you for sure. I had some issues with a couple of internet orders, and both Jamie and Dale fixed the issues promptly.

Re: Latest on Brothers

I should add - when they have sales, I have seen that it takes longer to get stuff - I think they just are overwhelmed. When there isn't a sale on, they are pretty good, but things seem to deteriorate rapidly during the sale (turnaround, mistakes, etc).

i agree theres a sale going on now and i ordered some body mount bushings last week. they took a few days longer to get here than they said they would( no big deal)..

when i opened the box they were the wrong bushings.. i need 1/2 ton and tehy sent 3/4 ton.. invoice even said 1/2 ton.. Simple picking error, somebody just grabbed teh wrong bag of bushings..

all i have to do is send them back and they said they would refund my shipping cost. they also said that they would send out the right ones today. and just trust that i would send the wrong ones back..

still aggravating that i have to wait another week now.

Re: Latest on Brothers

I ordered some side markers from them. Small order 4 parts. They sent 3 red ones and 1 amber. No invoice. I had to pay to send the wrong one back.
