TV Market Place .net Worst Customer Service - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

My experience with TV Market Place .net and Orthopedic Micro Memory Pillow .Worst Customer service I have ever had .
I've been having some neck and shoulder problems so I ordered a Orthopedic Micro Memory Pillow in Queen size .
Waited 7 days they sent me the wrong pillow just a small regular pillow .
Call customer service ,have to tell UPS I refuse deliver so they come back the next day and return the pillow .Was told to call as soon as the pillow is in the UPS tracking system and they would ship the correct one .
Called to inform Customer service they verify the item is being returned and say they will ship the correct pillow .
Get 2 e-mail saying the item is shipped
next day e-mail with tracking # 3-5 days .
Check tracking showes billing info sent to UPS.
Wait 2 days still shows same thing just billing info.
Call next day same day my return arrives ,am told would ship ,
Get another e-mail item on way .
Check status 2 days later still shows only billing info .
Call next day was in CS line limbo for 2 hrs ,was actually able to 4s's and eat breakfast while listening to the speaker phone , tried live chat was told no one available both times so sent a e-mail , called later was told they were closed it was Thursday at 1 PM my time ???.
Sent another e-mail .
Never spoke to anyone because I was going to tell them they better 2 day the item to me .
Well checked the UPS today B4 calling and it was shipped yesterday with a arrival date of Sept 7 .
So I'm SOL on getting it here any faster .
I'm so Pi$$ed I could eat nails .

I hate to say it,Bill,but when I saw the name,"TV Marketplace.net",I smelled a rat.Just doesn`t sound like the kid of place for customer service.More like a dragnet.
You shouldn`t have to go through that crap,period!

everybodys online on tv lookin for a deal save the big bucks // no wonder the mom and pops go out of business// get my orthopedic pillows at local drug store no shipping charges
