Finally started to use my shop....5 years in the making

Im sure most of you have seen the pics of my "garagemahal" that has been under construction for the past 5 years. Well...its not done yet but I now have 1/2 the concrete floor (40 x 40), power, water, lights and tools out there along with temporary heat. The real heat will be finished in a couple of weeks. I was so happy to be able to finally use it that even when it was 30 degrees outside I decided to start stripping one of the donor/parts trucks in inventory. Too much fun!!!!!!

I now get to start outfitting the 16 x 40 loft with the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and den.

I like it but I don't think your trucks could live with rocks in the treads of the tires when pulling in and out of the garage. Must have stamped concrete from entrance to exit. LOL!!!!

This one is actually a pole building so the pricing is cheapers. There are a lot of variables for metal buildings. I built this one myself and I am at about
$18k. It will probably be $24k when I am done. That has been over 5 years.

A good 30 x 60 metal building will cost you $20K and it will cost $20K to have someone put it up.

If you have the time and the equipment you could build one with a floor for about????? $28,000 I guess
