Could you release the cable and check that the mechanism inside works correctly, if it does I’ll take it, need the bracket it bolts to also…PayPal?

The intermediate cable that pins to the handle was frozen but the handle itself works as it should. I will include the bracket and mounting bolts as well as the pin & cotter pin for the cable attachment.
