65 c10 pancake bolt up question

I am swapping out the front end of my 65 3/4 GMC with a 90 suburban 1/2 ton. I pancaked the crossmember 1.5" ( 1-7/16 actually).
I have it all welded up and have a question on how to modify the top frame rail to get the top bolts in. The holes are now about in the midddle of the edge of the top of the frame rail.

I've searched for pictures for how people have done this, and dont see much.
I have a couple ideas, but know I'm not the first
Anybody got pictures of how it has been done?
And what about the motor mount? Im swapping the 305v6 for a 5.3LS.

Most people just leave it unbolted. I have seen some people move part of the frame up and add a section in the middle. I have also seem people weld a bit on the top of the frame.

Those are the options i had in my head, i just wanted to see options.

Ive seen many leave them out, but it just looks not finished to me.

I think i am going to slice into the vertical wall of the frame and weld in a plate to bolt to.

Or a couple simple sleeves/ bushings welded to the top of the frame for a bolt to pass tbrough and either box the backside or run a lock nut.

I went this direction. 1 inch diameter threaded bushing welded into the frame. Shouldn't need to box frame either. Just need to weld them up now.

There are issues wuth syeering depending on how much you cut out? From tge research I've done here, your looking at interference past 1.25-1.375 with steering. I'm working on a 4/6 to 5/7 wratic drop and anticipating many road blocks.

1.5" pancppake, 2.5" drop spindles, and 1" drop shock in the front and i thunk i can still keep a good ride.

In the rear im toying with an impapla 4 link rear end or even a ford irs.

Need the front end and change fron long bed short bed before i need to decide.

Any suggestions?

Here is one with IRS out of a corvette. There is a company that makes a kit for ford IRS and there is a build on here that uses it. I'll see if I can find it all.
