Vin problem
So I'm looking at a parts rig and this vin tag has me scratching my head,it's not the usual format it I'm not mistaking.can anyone shed some light on this particular vin tag?.

Check drivers side near steering box for partial vin numbers....
But it sounds like some swapping has been done.... What VIN is on the title?
