I have read several threads about wiring these fans and I have learned that they are not 2 speed fans without the resistor. I am ok with that I will just use the one speed.
My question is if I use 2 relays one connected to one of the positive wires for pcm control (LS swap) and another relay to the other positive for the ac to trigger will that work? I am probably overthinking this. On the Windstar harness both positive wires are connected to each other.

Here is a thread I did on my truck and Impala. When I had the LS dropped in they swapped in the dual Camaro fans so I took the Windstar fan and put it in the 64 SS Impala. Its still hooked up and runs like a champ after 4 years.
The thing about my LS swap I didn't like was the AC over rides all the shut offs for the fan if the AC is on. I didn't want the fans running when going down the road. The air moving through the radiator is plenty and no need for the fans to be running. It just burns the fans up faster.
This is for my setup and they may have come up with a fix for this now.
My fix only cost $20.00 to add the micro switch and I didn't have to take the AC lines a part to add a trainery switch either.

Hook it up the same way GM hooked up the fans in the later trucks. 2008 silverado 2500 wiring diagram should do it. Your PCM can run it 2 speed with no resistors, just 3 relays.
Low speed has both fans running in series
High speed has them running separately (parallel)

I'm running the Windstar fans with a 350SBC and a RockAuto radiator. One of the two fans is wired to a temp switch in the thermostat housing, and the other to a switch under the dash. I find that the single fan is more than enough to pull the engine temps down in traffic, and it's nice to have the other fan as a manual auxiliary.

I know that's not really what your asking about, but it gives another option for how to set it up.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
