Re: Going to the DYNO today

No guess worth anything but I would be hoping for around 600 myself. I wonder if that regulator/filter will be restricting the fuel that turbo is wanting to EAT? I will be following along. You have a build? I have been wanting to turbo an LS for a while now.

475 HP , maybe more torque ,depends alot on your tune , hope the tranny holds , I have serious doubts . You should have went with a built 4l80 or trubo 400

It's just a weekend cruiser not a drag truck. Hopefully the tyranny holds up for a while. If I ever start racing it I'll upgrade then.

Re: Going to the DYNO today

My last trip to the Dino ended with me getting a new driveline, and having to get some of the tranny ears getting welded back on. Now I just enjoy the power, and don't worry about exact numbers.

Re: Going to the DYNO today

I have a Saab (yes you read that right), with a stock LS2 (around 400hp), with a 4L70, and the trans barely holds up, and is know as weak spot. Stock 4l60 would be tough.

I'm not sure how much of a restriction the Vette regulator/filter combo poses but holding steady fuel pressure is an issue with them according to those who log their fuel pressure and are over 350whp.

I'm going with 455whp for my guess, before it runs out of fuel. The 255lph (yes it's lph not gph) fuel pump is going to be the limiting factor here. I don't mean to criticize but an AEM 380 or Walbro 450 would be a better choice.

Very cool and nice looking setup though. When I saw a vid of yours I went and watched all of them looking for more!

Let's be optimistic here. Computer crash maybe? Still a nice toy! Blown trans or engine- still nicer than mine!
