02 Tahoe door removal/install???HELLP!!!

Looking to replace some pass doors on a 02 Tahoe I picked up.I found some doors and when removing them from the donor I initially tried hitting the "pins"out to no avail...so my buddy that I got the doors from,said and did,pry up enough for the hinges to be "lifted" off the hinges??? I know this is not the correct way to do this and need to know how to remove the doors from my 02 the correct way and install the doors I got from my buddy.HELLP!!!
