thought you guys might like this

its been a little cold for me to be out worken on the truck so i stayed inside and built a new frame for a modle i built a few years ago of my truck
built the whole frame from scratch

That's actually pretty cool. I like the after market transmission cross member.
Did you make the frame out of plastic?

yeah the frame was built from plastic, the front suspention wheels and brakes i stole from another modle, the air take was made from a pen body, the 4 link, shocks, bags and cross member were all built from sctatch

i cut it down to a shortbed and did a little more modding to the body, then cut out the fire wall and inner fender and mad thoes from scratch

Ive been trying to find a kit for these years for trucks but havent been very lucky

you can find the kit at fredmyer, wall mart, k mart, any toy store or hobby shop

there are resin companys online that make parts sutch as 67-68 grills and hoods to fit them too

Ive tried every hobby shop here and cant find these trucks... Ive seen every kind of car there even the flat out ugly ones but never one of our trucks. If i went there i wonder if the have a mag that they can order from or something like that.
