Value 1999 with 5,100 miles?

I just spotted a truck on a lawn with a homemade forsale sign for a 1999 Ext Cab 1/2 ton 4x4, LS, with matching green painted Leer hard bed tonneau cover, in pristeen condition with 5,100 actual miles. The guy wants a lot for it, but a whole lot less than what a brand new truck cost today. Any idea what the market value is on this truck? I am personally fond of these trucks since I bought a 2000 brand new 16 years ago. Is there any collector interest in this model? (I did not talk to the owner yet). Thanks. George
