They kind of look like Pace Setter Monza tips but they don't have any yellow. Sorry!

No clue on what brand they are, but that article has a lot of errors in it. It says that '70 was the first year they offered 4wd and that power steering is rare. '70 was the first year they produced any 2wd Blazers and, although it was an option, I have seen very few 4wd Blazers without power steering. Very nice looking Blazer though. I had to save the pictures.

I cannot tell from that pic but I have some on mine that look like that in shape and size but they we custom made. Take a piece of dump truck/large truck exhaust. Cut it on a 45 get a reducer weld it in to the other in. Polish them up and put them on, Looks good and has a good sound, If i can I will post a pic
