71 c10 with factory 350 tune up

ok just recieved my 71 and its an all origenal 350/350 truck power stering manual disk brakes. anyways its a two owner truck with papers to prove but it is ruff as hell and i love it. anyways the last owner used it as a daily driver for the last 2 years so it runs and drives ok. well since i'm goin to drive this as much as i can i want to do a good tune up on it. plugs, wires, new hei, filters, fluids, and what not. what is the best way to tune it since it is already an ok running truck? and any recomendations on parts? cheaper is better but i know when more money is worth it. my plans will be a ls1 (that i already have) in the future say in a year or so, so i want to just make this as reliable as possible
