sway bar for 1964 C10
I have this 64 C10 short stepside, been in the family since it rolled off the dealer's lot. It's never had a sway bar (probably more correctly, anti-sway bar).
Are there any on the market considered better than others? Any to stay away from? I met a fellow with a C20 (a 1965 I think) in a field, with a mildly rusty sway bar. Would I be just as well off to harvest that one, or go for new aftermarket? Thanks, -rcf |

i used one from a 1980 c10.you may have to drill holes in the lower a arms to mount it.my 66 parts frame has the holes,but my 64 didn't.

Used ones are usually good. Visual check for heavy rust or damage. But you will need to buy new rubber.
