Need some opinions

I seem to get great advice from this site and seem to always come back to it.

Just finished up my Small Block 350 1975 all stock. Want to make sure my readings are correct on this thing. Haven't worked on a small block in over 20 years and need a refresher or just to make sure I got it all set up right.

Got the Air/Fuel mix at the highest vacuum reading
Vacuum reading from the intake hoses is a steady 17psi
Idling at 650rpm warm 1200rpm Cold
Plugs are gapped at .045
Timing is at 8 Degrees Idle (very hard to time cause its a van)
Oil pressure guage is reading 25psi at 650rpm idle. goes to 30-35psi at 3000rpm (it read 20psi at idle with 10w 30 in it. put 15w 40 rotella in it and it went up to 25 psi at idle)
Temp reads 180 degrees at idle. hardly goes past 195 degrees

69.000 miles.
Runs super quiet and very well. can't hear nothing from the engine.other than the fan blowing. no knocks, no pings, no hesitating. runs beautiful.
