Well if I got alot of cash I would cut the roof off, and bag it baby$$$$$ Just Like The Photo$$$

That's like a BAZILLION dollar question. I have no idea if I had tons of cash to dump into my truck. Where to start! Where to start!!

That's a long list on mine. Paint and body to make it look nice. I'd swap the stepside bed for a fleetside, and do a 2/4 drop with disc brakes. Powertrain wise, I'd keep the hot rodded 6 it has, just to be different, but get it running right, most likely with something along the lines of a FAST fuel injection setup, and back it with a tremec 5 spd.

I'd a custom black and blue interior, get a new tailgate, get all my body work done and get it painted up nice. And put a 6.2L supercharged motor in it(like whats in the Cadillac CTS-V). And do a BIG brake kit on it.

I would continue down the road I am now: I would get it to the point I want to anyway, which is roadworthy and reliable. I would continue to stock up on OEM parts. THEN I'd get a trailer and haul all those parts behind me (driving the truck myself) on back roads over to Vegas and Count's Kustoms for a complete down to the last bolt frame-off. I'd also have the rear end changed to 3:73 gears and I might even go for a 283 or 327. I might even have AC put in. I'd get the front and rear cameras I want also. Then I'd drive it back home!

Since my goal is to turn the '68 into a reliable driver and use it as a truck, no changes no matter what the budget allowed. I've already acquired disc brake parts and an overdrive tranny. As soon as I locate the engine I want, I'll pull the truck off the road, do engine/tranny/brakes all at once. Then I'll freshen up the paint, and haul things in the bed, and tow trailers.

I have no interest in a show truck. I'd rather drive it than let it sit while people gawk at it.

Paint and body, modern 3/4 ton drive train front to rear, discs on all four corners. Heavy duty bumpers front and back. Make it a stump pulling beast.

Build a garage for the one I have, then buy a short wide 4x4 and put 3/4, 1 ton drivetrain under it.

Build my shop and do a body off resto-mod. Restore all the factory options. Level the suspension, 450hp 350, built TH350 behind it, original colors with matte pearl clear, and redo the interior to match the 601 code, but all in leather with modern goodies, like heated seats.
