Re: My '59 Apache

Today was an important day! Impala was put outside and the Apache put in place for some upgrades!! One thing nice about my Maxjax lift, the lift column in the middle of the garage can be moved out of the way!! I'll begin by removing the bench seat, then the floor panel to expose the tranny! hopefully the old bolts holding the screws on the floor won't give me too much hell! lol If that goes well, I'll put the truck up in the air and remove the driveshaft, then simply the transmission! Sounds easy enough! I'll let you know over the next few days what happens! ; ) I've been griping about the trucks stance, but here in the photo it looks pretty good! maybe I should just leave well enough alone?
