In an office:

The worst I ever saw was on those vinyl window stickers at a fast food restaurant. "Brail and picture menus available". Sticker was on the inside of the window and only contained letters.

That reminds me of myself , Im a Plumber on a private university campus taking care of hundreds of toilets and showers . I have a toilet in my home I need to repair and it never happens . I guess I figure I have 2 more to use .
