Free engine

I'm not sure if this is right place for this. Mods move it if you need to.
I have a 95 S10 4cyl 200,000ish miles. Its complete and was running. It ran badly though, not knocking just the gas was loading up to the point of fouling the plugs. Might be good, might be junk?
I'm tired of tripping over it. The first person to claim it can have it. It needs to be picked up within a month. It's in Richmond VA
