minitruck_freq's 95 Chevy build

hey guys. im gonna get started on my truck, so i thought i would start a build thread. the victim is my 95 reg. cab lwb 2wd. i bought this truck in 2004 and it was my daily driver until an unfortunate mishap with the house in 2010. i wont get into the details (my wife did it) but the right front pretty much got hammered. grill, radiator support, hood and right fender got beat up a little. iowa winters and gravel roads have it showing its age some. it needs both cab corners. the rest of the truck is about 99% rust free. its actually a real solid truck and a nice start for a project.

here it is in all it's glory before it ran into the house.

and a couple after getting sucker punched.

i have the front end pulled off. im gonna pull the bed off, then haul it to the parental units hacienda and get it in the garage.

the plan (as of now) is to pull the cab and engine/tranny. then strip it down to bare frame rails and go from there. i really dont have a clue where im gonna go with this truck. im famous for spur of the moment ****. it should be a fun journey.

That was a good looking stock truck before the hit.
I'm following the build. I don't see too many long bed customs. Any idea yet, you going up, down or leaving it stock?
