U-Joint Dissassembly?????

I have a one piece drive shaft in my short bed. Where the yoke comes out of the TH400 there is a u-joint that connects to the drive shaft. My question is I have never seen a u-joint like this one. It does not have clips and I don't have a clue how to take it apart. It appears to have little plastic tips or nipples coming out of each side of the caps, but I don't know if they have to be drilled out or what. I wish I had a picture.

Can anyone help me out with this. It all goes to the powder coater at lunch time.
