TBI throttle body spacer
Nothing wrong with it at all. I took it off my 4x4 when I rebuilt the engine and it's been laying around since. Includes the billet aluminum spacer, two brand new gaskets, and the bolts. Its one of the fancy ones with the vortex ridges inside the bores.
