Automotive Meter identification

Hello All,
I picked this up at a garage sale. I would like some help identifying the manufacturer so I can find a instruction manual to download. On the top end it has a place to connect some attachment (two prongs).
No other identifying information

I want to use it so I can work on my '73 Grumman-Olsen, it is a P30 Chevrolet chassis with a 292cid 6 cyl.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks, mindless1
