Help!

Always a day late, trying to find a 67-72 suburban with a great body. Any mechanical or optional equipment would be a bonus. My 72 bb 3/4 fully optioned one was stolen 6 months ago in DC. They found what was left, it was stripped and cut up. I was able to save the ash tray!
been chasing the ads for the last 3 months and they either want half my yearly salary or it's been sold.

Thanks

It took a year to find mine. Found it in a church parking lot. The preacher was using it for a sunday school bus. These pictures are the way I found it.

By the way welcome to the board and good luck hunting!

Stunning Sub, oldiron.

Did Hotrodhenryj ever sell his gold C20 Arizona Sub? As a 3/4 ton, it would be a perfect candidate for a BBC swap, especially since it was originally a BB Sub.

Welcome from Silver Sring Maryland. Haven't seen too many other suburban lovers in this area. There is another fellow on the board that is out west,Hotrod Henry j, Who has a really nice buy on a really nice 2wd sub.If you read this post, I was still able to find his post on page two of this section right near the bottom, but its about to run off the page. Its out west but might be a fun road trip to drive home. Looks to be a really solid buy. Good luck!

John

out west

I would agree on chances good finding one out west might be good.

I guess Oldiron makes a good point here about benefits of going to church!! Even better than driven by little old lady, maybe his was driven by a preacher.

Check out Truck Trader on line for occassional listings. I've also seen a couple for sale in Colorado/Wyoming area over past coupel of years that looked very nice.
