Your post is confusing. The title says dia but your question says harness. I'm going with harness.

You have few choices for a replacement harness.

• Rip one out of a junk yard vehicle

• Order one from somewhere like Summit
Count up the number of circuits

Im not going to use it..
wanted the wiring diagram to confirm I can unplug it

I should've said this but better late than never.
If that fullsize van in your picture is what you're working on it's a G series not a C series machine. You'll need wiring diagrams for a G30 to work on that machine. The CK or RV series wiring diagrams might or might not get you what you need. There are differences.
The G van diagrams in the 1988 wiring diagrams may actually be usable for quite a lot of the 1991 G van wiring but I bet there are differences.

The instrument panel wiring is not the same between the vans and the pickup trucks and there are several other areas that differ quite a bit.
You might be able to use a P series box van diagram for some things like the instrument panel but no guarantees on that either.

You could see if the old 1991 GM Upfitters guides for cutaway chassis are online somewhere.
Cutaways are basically incomplete fullsize vans with 1-ton or dually running gear. The bodies are only assembled to right behind the B pillar. The final assembly is left for an upfitter to install a cargo box or short bus or some other custom rear body. They essentially look like someone took a laser and cut the rear of the van body off about 2" behind the B pillars and set it on a 1-ton or dually chassis.
The upfitters guides will have forward half wiring diagrams that should come pretty close to the G-vans that GM borrowed the bodies from.
