Not mine! Buddy's 55 with a weathered look. He is going to paint my 71. Two tone blue/white then wet sand it down to a reddish brown base coat. Then we are going to put the old faded trim back on.

Here's my current project I'm trying to complete to get it up on ebay. 67 CST big window, swapped in five lug running gear and a drop kit. Just got the ridlers on this week, hope to give it a CLR bath when we thaw out.

I lowered mine 2 more inches in the rear. It's 5.5/8 now so I'll where out a couple pics lol.

Very cool looking trucks in this thread! Here's my '68. I wish it whoever used to own it hadn't primed the spots on it.

Call me crazy, but I actually want this truck to be the dull faded blue that it is now instead of being shiny. I recently saw a restored '66 that was the same 507 light blue as my truck, and I like the color dull better than I like it when it's shiny.

You had to notch the frame after adding the 2"s right?

Oh yeah. Notch is necessary past 6". Still running the 44 year old stock shocks and you would not believe the ride. I'm serious, my buddy rode in it yesterday and swears it rides better than his Nissan Titan lol.

Love that truck! Looks great lowered a bit more the rear. Are you running relocators with stock shocks?

Might end up having to wait on shocks for a bit but looking to go ahead and drop mine.

Shocks not relocated for now and not nearly as bad an angle as I thought it would be with 6" springs and 2" blocks. I will be installing the No Limit Relocators like I have on my Blazer tho.

Nice to know! I'm just looking at 5" in the rear for mine so hopefully I'll be good for now. Do you have an adjustable trac bar?
