I know i posted about this already but i'm really getting worried about my parts.... i spent alot of money over 1000 bucks and still do not have all my parts.

and now there apparently telling people that they are no longer making the flip kits ( the parts i'm missing. plus notch and front coils) so i called and they told me that the kits are not discontinued just on back order.... i'm really thinking i'm getting taken for a ride.

anyone close to the company or know ppl there? i would really like a stright and truthful answer to where my parts are and if i'll ever get them

I heard that you should call them to ask them to make sure their parts are in stock because they wont tell you their on back order. I ordered some hangars from them and they said that they are on back order for 2 weeks.

yeah thats all sport truck tells me is their on back order 2 weeks ago this friday i was told 1-2 weeks i should have it and i'm still getting it's on back order and i don't know when it will be shipped.

Got mad and called western directly THE KITS IN STOCK! NOT BACK ORDERED!

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, call your credit card company and they may do a reversal of charges.

Another member found a diffrent company to get western parts through.... might have to get a refund and try them... we will see i guess

still fighting.. they swear they will be here in about 2 weeks. it's 8 weeks over due :S

Thats trash i have been waiting on parts from this company for over a month i paid with a cc and already called my bank they said i need to wait till the 23rd before they will refund my money. i have been calling and calling every day tryin to get a hold of someone and i haven't talked to anyone in over 1 1/2 weeks!!! so if i dont hear from them by Wednesday i will be taking back my money. have you received your parts yet?
